Dimah Barakat is an international speaker, professional business and empowerment coach, project management consultant, and mentor, with over 25 years of experience.

Organizational Development endeavours focus on:

– OD is about improving an organization’s capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, rewards, metrics, and management processes.

– In addition to assessing organizational performance for the purpose of enhancing teams’ capabilities and

organizational operations achieving strategic goals.

Business Coaching endeavours include:

– Applying professional coaching competencies in organizational assessment, consultancy, project management and training.

– Coaching team members to enhance their performance.

– Coaching business entrepreneurs, who have small to medium businesses in various fields.

– Coaching managers, project managers, aiming to enhance efficiency and increase performance productivity.

– Coaching new or team members who have conflicts inside the organization.

– Coaching unfortunate women and youth who are located in remote areas in Jordan.

Dimah is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), the PMI® Jordan Chapter, the International

Coaching Federation – ICF®, ICF® Jordan Chapter, Jordan Engineers Association – JEA and many professional and

socially active associations.

Currently, Dimah is the president of the ICF Jordan Chapter, an active member at many women and youth

organizations and associations including the Supreme Council at the Jordanian National Forum for Women – JNFW,

Women on Boards – WoB Association, and the Jordan Forum for Business and Professional Women Association –

JFBPWA.
